Phase 2 : Adaptation of biological mechanisms

Pericology Method in 4 Steps

Our method is organized into four concrete phases, based on documented biological principles that we adapt to the realities of your organization.

Phase 1 - Initial assessment (1 to 2 weeks)
We analyze your current risk detection processes and your ability to perceive changes in your environment. This assessment identifies your existing strengths and priority areas for improvement.
What are your most concrete risks (technical, human, strategic, operational) ?
Where are your points of vulnerability (dependence on one person, lack of support, ignored signals) ?
What are the existing reflexes within your teams that we can strengthen ?
Phase 2 - Adaptation of the principles of life (2 weeks)
We select biological mechanisms relevant to your context, such as mammalian detection systems or social insect coordination patterns. These principles, validated by research in ethology and biology, are translated into operational protocols tailored to your organization.
Stigmergy ( coordination without a leader, as in ants), described by the biologist Pierre-Paul Grassé in 1959,

Phase 3 - Gradual implementation (4 to 8 weeks)
