Our experience has been built on the ground, in contact with organizational realities and the limitations of traditional approaches in the face of increasingly unpredictable environments.

Our experiences have led us to the same conclusions :

• Organizations have many tools to manage what they know, but remain helpless in the face of what they do not see coming.

Business continuity plans, ISO standards and traditional dashboards are useful, but insufficient to anticipate real disruptions.

We are interested in the practical applications of biological mechanisms in fields other than our own.

Our Current Positioning

Today, we are not laboratory researchers. We are practitioners who adapt validated biological principles to organizational challenges. Our work consists of translating proven natural mechanisms into simple and testable operational protocols.

We don't claim to have invented anything. Nature has been working this way for billions of years. Our added value lies in our ability to rigorously and contextually apply these principles to the challenges of contemporary organizations.
